How do you hang the calendars? Are they self-adhesive?
No, they are not self-adhesive.
You can hang them almost any way you would hang a thick paper poster or art print (frames, push pins, poster hanging strips, brass clips, Command Strips, magnetic poster hangers, etc.).

What can I write on the calendar with?
White liquid chalk markers should be used on our rainbow and navy blue calendars. White is opaque and highly visible against the dark backgrounds. Other colors and types of erasable markers will leave some "ghosting" (residual color) on the calendar surface after they are erased and should not be used.

Are these plastic dry-erase calendars?
No. Our erasable wall calendars are very different from dry-erase calendars.
Our large, undated calendars are designed to be written on, wiped clean and used again with white liquid chalk markers.
They are printed on thick paper (350 gsm) that is coated with a beautiful, matte finish. So you get the visibility of a large wall planner without the shiny, institutional look of many dry-erase calendars.
White chalk markers wipe off our calendars with a damp cloth or paper towel. Dry-erase markers should not be used on our calendars.
How much wall space do I need for the calendars? I don't think I have room to display them at the same time.
You have lots of options:
Each month is 16 inches wide by 20 inches tall. The arrangement possibilities are endless depending on how much wall space you have and what your preferences are.
Many of our customers hang only 1 or a few at a time, and they still make beautiful displays! Hang all 12 at a time, 4 at a time, 3 at a time (perfect for businesses that are focused on quarterly goals), or even 1 at a time.

These calendars are genuinely lovely - clean and crisp design, ideal matte surface for visibility, and fairly good with wet erase. I did find I had to scrub a bit if writing had been on there for a while, even using their specific brand of markers, but it's no worse than a traditional dry erase surface. My biggest issue is that I used planner stickers on this calendar and it completely and utterly ruined it. Removing the stickers, even super carefully, led to the top surface peeling away in spots and the layers of the calendars separating. There was tackiness from the stickers left on the surfaces, which I didn't realize would be an issue, but after I had stored them and then pulled them back out, they were all stuck together and the paper backing ripped off in big chunks. I was super bummed because I had invested in this for my classroom thinking it would give me years and years of reuse, but instead I think I have to chuck it in the bin. For this price point, I would've expected it to be able to handle pretty standard planner stickers without falling apart, or at the very least, have a big ol' warning that says "don't use anything stronger than post-it notes". I can understand if this is user error, and looking back, it would've been wiser to test a couple of stickers on one month first, but it's just such a surprise that these couldn't handle regular sticker removal for a price point as high as this.
Hi Amber, thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We're glad you liked the design but sorry to hear about the issue with the stickers you used. Unfortunately, stickers vary wildly in how strong or gentle the adhesive is. Many customers have used stickers without any issues. But stickers with stronger adhesives can cause damage, as you unfortunately experienced. That is a big reason that we developed and released our own planner and calendar stickers last month with an adhesive that is gentle enough not to damage the specially coated surface. Very impressed with the item and also the packaging, I could tell the seller is very particular about packaging so that the sheets dont get damaged. We set ours up to do a 6 month rotation. I also got some poster sleeves (https://a.co/d/02fY1EsZ) to protect them, and the ikea peg board to organize pens and whatnot. The marker pens and washi tape from this etsy store are both amazing quality. Never used a chalk marker so nice before. I am in love with my setup.
