What are your wholesale terms and conditions?

What are your order minimums?
Our opening order minimum is $150. Our reorder minimum is $100.
What are your payment terms?
Prepayment is required for all online wholesale orders. We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards and PayPal.
We may offer Net 30 terms to established accounts in good standing. Net terms are offered by request only and require credit references.
How quickly will my wholesale order ship?
Orders of in-stock items typically ship within 7 business days, but turnaround times may vary. If you need an order expedited, please email wholesale@shopthekaleidoscope.com.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final and can not be returned once products have shipped. We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email wholesale@shopthekaleidoscope.com for help with any damaged products.
