Shipping policy
WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER? WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship throughout the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Shipping costs are based on weight and are provided directly by our shipping providers. We do offer many shipping methods. All available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING ADDRESS VERIFICATION POLICY
You are responsible for ensuring you enter a valid and correct shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for any loss or misdelivery caused by incorrect address information. We cannot reship or issue refunds for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors.
Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, which generally occurs within 4 hours, we cannot change or update the shipping address. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please email support@kaleidoscopeliving.com immediately. We will attempt to correct/update your address, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, especially if your order is placed over the weekend.
In the case of failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other customer-related issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the shipping carrier to arrange re-delivery or pick up. Any additional fees that may result from failed delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are returned to us by a carrier due to address errors or because they are unclaimed cannot be reshipped and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER PROCESS & SHIP?
We know you want to receive your products as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen!
Order Processing Time
- Processing times may be longer during busy shopping seasons and for orders placed over a holiday or weekend.
- Our official policy is that orders of in-stock items are processed within 3 business days. But we do our best to work faster than that! We typically process orders for in-stock products the very same day if they are placed by 8 AM ET. If they are placed after 8 am ET, they are generally processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 8 am ET on Fridays are generally processed the next business day.
- Our art prints are custom-printed once ordered and generally ship within 6 business days.
Shipping Transit Time
- Once your order is processed, the transit/shipping time will depend upon the shipping method you choose at checkout.
- Transit times shown at checkout are generated and provided directly by carriers–we have no ability to edit or hide them. They are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. USPS estimates, in particular, may be inaccurate. Actual transit times vary and do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.
- We work hard to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, but carrier delays that are beyond our control do happen from time to time.
- If your order shipped less than 21 days ago, please reach out to the carrier for more information on when you should expect your package. As the shipper, we do not have access to additional tracking information. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?
To give our customers peace of mind, we offer optional package protection for a small fee during the checkout process. This protects your order in the event of loss or damage during transit from us to the shipping address you provide at checkout without the usual hassle and long wait of filing claims directly with shipping carriers. Please see our refund policy for more details.
Please note: We do not offer international shipping. Package protection does not apply to orders shipped to third-party forwarding services in the United States for reshipment to an address outside the U.S. Once an order is delivered to a forwarding address, any loss, damage, or issues that occur after that point are not covered by our package protection.
