Wholesale Terms & Conditions

ORDER MINIMUMS
Opening Order Minimum: $150
Reorder Minimum: $100

PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system. Prepayment is required for all online wholesale orders.

NET TERMS
We may offer Net 30 terms to established accounts in good standing. Net terms are offered by request only and require credit references.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground Economy, or UPS Ground.

TURN AROUND TIMES
Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days, but turnaround times may vary.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final and cannot be returned once products have shipped.

We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email wholesale@shopthekaleidoscope.com.

BACKORDERS
Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.

PACKAGING & DISTRIBUTION
Products must be sold in a retail store with a physical location. Products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be repackaged or rebranded. 

Products can not be sold on any third-party websites, including but not limited to Amazon or Etsy.
